Tim Macdonald
Chief Executive Officer
Tim leads all aspects of Tremware's strategic direction setting and resource allocation to achieve buiness growth. He is a skilled executive with a strong background in achieving revenue growth and has a solid base in the leadership of multi-dimensional organizations with high levels of people and capital resources. Tim was formerly the VP of Business Development for a North American utility billing software company and holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Toronto and an MBA from York University.
Kevin VanBorrendam
Chief Technology Officer
Kevin manages all technology development and delivery for Tremware and brings more than 10 years of technical experience to TTI’s management team. Prior to Tremware, Kevin spent more than seven years in the network communications industry at both technical and senior management levels. Kevin came to Tremware from a start-up company based in Boston, MA specializing in novel fiber optic subsystems for telecommunications networks where he managed the technical and application requirements of the company's product line. Prior to that, Kevin held a senior management position at Nortel Networks in Boca Raton, FL where he lead a product research and development organization and worked on state-of-the-art ultra-long haul (ULH) fibre optic communication networks. Before moving to Florida, Kevin worked on advanced metropolitan area network fiber optic communications equipment at Nortel Networks in Ottawa ON after working at JDS Uniphase as a product development and design engineer. Kevin received a BASc degree from the University of Ottawa.
Bill Tremeer
Vice-President
Bill is the founder of Tremware. He currently leads all business development, sales and marketing efforts for Tremware's document solutions offering. Prior to forming Tremware, Bill spent 4 years with Xerox Canada Limited before becoming Senior Vice-President of a mid-sized Canadian IT development and network services provider. Bill has achieved industry technical certification status with Novell, Microsoft and Compaq. He has been a member of XPLOR International, a global electronic document association, for 7+ years and serves as a member of the Association's recruitment committee. Bill is a regular industry speaker and has presented at various association conferences around North America.
